The
JCITS Applicant Tracking System allows a company to track applicants for jobs
and future jobs. The ATS is designed for fairly large companies that take in a
large volume of applicants.
The
system is designed so that basic information is entered and the application
scanned for future and easy retrieval. Department heads, managers and
supervisors can then go online with a client application and search for
applicants and review applications without bothering the personnel director or
department.
This application runs under Microsoft SQL Server 7 or 2000 or the MSDE.
