Fixed refresh in Swap and Move routines. Now the preview
pane shows the pages correctly after a swap or move.
When opening a project, you can append to an existing project.

I messed up in the new MAPI Mail. This version fixes
the unable to send to an email address and now asks
if you want ScanAsPDF to access your Outlook (or
whatever email client you are using) address book 
after and if you entered an email address in the TO:
under Save and Mail. 
ALSO.. made an error in deleting the image files too soon.
So, if ScanAsPDF crashes or more likely your PC, the scanned
images will be left intact after you restart ScanAsPDF. As
it was before version 1.8.1.

any direction for portrait view. A BMP may be scaled to
5"X7" but it still may be too large for proper pdf - dpi
