CESSysPorts

What is it?

I needed to access the I/O ports of a PC in applications built with Delphi. Since Delphi above version 1 do not have a Ports() function, as Delphi 1 had, I had to come up with my own. There are MANY freeware and shareware I/O port components out there, but I liked mine so I made it into a component and I am sharing it for whoever might need another or who wants to experiment! Just for info... my use has been in IBM 3270 connectivity and a specialized SNA synchronous serial board in which I had to monitor certain signals through an external hardware device. TCESSysPorts is freeware with source.
