Slot System Inventory and Repair Tracking System
What is it?
The Slot
System Inventory and Repair Tracking System, SlotSys for short, has been
written specifically for casinos to track their gaming machine inventory and track
repairs and associated costs of repairs. This system is adaptable to other
types of machine maintenance!
This program
uses Microsoft SQL Server 7or 2000 and for smaller casinos it can use the
Microsoft Desktop Engine. Other databases may be supported.

and Costs
SlotSys also
prints bar codes on standard labels that can be applied to your parts bins and
also on your VGMs or devices. Any wedge type or USB bar code scanner is
supported to ease part number entry.
Reports are
provided that show repairs to VGMs/devices by date range and by VGM/device.
Parts inventory reports are also provided by low parts inventory, total
inventory, purchase history by date range and by part number.
This system
can be customized to your requirements with your company's logo on reports,
etc. This is a corporate level vertical market system and pricing is based on
per user with an initial price of $2,995 with five (5) user licenses. This does
not include Microsoft SQL Server. Installation, setup, data conversion and
training are additional costs which will include transportation, per diem and
per hour/per day charges.
