We are headed back to our roots! Applications, freeware or otherwise, are soon going to be deprecated and unavailable from this site including automatic updates. Nothing will be offered for sale through Share-It.. Freeware applications may still be available from other download sources but JCITS Systems will not be providing support of any kind. We simply have not made any money in providing freeware, obviously it is free, or in trying to sell other software.

All applications, freeware and commercial, will remain available on this website and/or payable through Share-It until July 1, 2010.

Code and Full Rights to the following software is being made available on a silent bid - auction format/basis. I will not haggle. Do not ask me what I want for the code and rights. Make me an offer if you are interested. You might be the only person interested and I might accept. Then again, I might not and refuse all bids, but then again, I might accept the first offer made!

The above list depicts the only complete Delphi code and rights I am selling. Please do not ask about any others.

A written and signed Agreement will be entered into between us upon acceptance of your proposed price. The Agreement acknowledges that I, JCITS Systems, LLC is the copyright holder and I agree to transfer all rights to you. All source code for the project is provided EXCEPT component code. The uses clause denotes all components used and most all used in my projects are readily available freeware such as JEDI components.

There is just one caveat; I get to receive from you any future upgrades and enhancements to purchased software code in executable format and this will be part of the Agreement.
